The worst service ever!!BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!! I took my Transmission there to get inspected for $200.They told me it was bad and charged me $1500 to rebuild it!Had it put back together and had the same PROBLEM!!!Took it back They had it many more weeks Said they un-hooked some wires and and now it works better.Drove it home in first gear,Aggravated that I kept getting jerked around.Called Them and said it was not working,WAS TOLD AGAIN to bring it back down.Vehicle sat there for many more weeks.Called and talk to the new supervisor and after several more calls trying to get my truck fixed and back I found out That the Manager that took my money retired and dumped my truck on them.The new manager took my transfer case apart on his own with out my authorization and said it was bad.Told me it was no cost to me!!!SO APPARENTLY MY TRANSMISSION WAS NOT BAD!! AND THEY CHARGED ME $1500 FOR NOTHING!!Then they have the nerve to tell me it will cost $800 to fix the transfer case which was the initial problem!!!.DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE ! tranny still don't work right!!!!!!!! They do not know what they're doing and the customer is never right!!!Save yourself some trouble and go to Cottman Transmission or some where else!!Please don't be a victim like me!!!!!!!!!!!!
